Acquisition Criteria

Keeping it super simple.

  • 25,000 vehicles per day

  • $80,000 Avg. HHI in 1 mile radius

  • 8,000 population in 1 mile radius or 20,000 within a 5 minute drive

  • First row centers with great visibility and access

  • Bay depths of 80 feet or less

  • 5 or more tenants

  • Pre-2020 vintage

  • High concentration of service tenants and restaurants
